Join us on a special day trip to visit the exhibition Frida Kahlo and Diego Rivera: Art and Life in Modern Mexico. Come face to face with one of the twentieth century’s most recognisable cultural icons in an international exhibition at Auckland Art Gallery. Through Frida Kahlo’s paintings and drawings, the work of her husband, Diego Rivera, and leading artists in their circle, discover an extraordinary story of art, love and life.
As a bonus, we will also visit Robin White: Te Whanaketanga | Something is Happening Here – a retrospective exhibition of work by contemporary Aotearoa New Zealand artist Dame Robin White, which is currently showing at Auckland Art Gallery Toi o Tāmaki.
Please note we have only 11 tickets available! These will be offered on a first-in-first-served basis. Cost includes entry and a guided tour of the Frida Kahlo & Diego Rivera exhibition and a return bus trip. The bus will leave the Gallery at 7am and will return at 7pm from Auckland.
