Pop-up Record Fair

Calling all record collectors, Lou Reed fans, and music lovers from around Wellington.
We’re hosting a special pop-up record fair at The Dowse in partnership with local record legends, A Vinyl Affair and Wonderland Records. If you’re on the hunt for rare or special edition records, long-time favourites or new discoveries, come and dig through the crates and have a beer while you listen to some good tunes.
It’s on the same evening as Lou Reed Drones, created in partnership between The Dowse and The New Zealand Festival of the Arts at Lower Hutt Events Centre across the road. Drop into both for a music-filled evening in Lower Hutt.
The record fair is in conjunction with our exhibitions, A Short Run: A Selection of New Zealand Lathe-Cut Records, curated by Luke Wood, and To The Moon: Laurie Anderson & Hsin-Chien Huang, which will be open until 9pm.
