International Art Centre is pleased to present our Important & Rare Art auction featuring significant works by Charles Frederick Goldie, Lois White, Frances Hodgkins, Don Binney, Bill Hammond, Max Gimblett, Robert Ellis, Gretchen Albrecht, Ralph Hotere, Peter Stichbury and Garth Tapper.

A highlight from the auction is one of the earliest recorded paintings of New Zealand by William Hodges titled, A Maori Before a Waterfall in Dusky Bay, 1777.

The sale also features works by John Walsh, Michael Hight, Allen Maddox, Toss Woollaston and four works by the late Samoan artist Tuanne Tibbo. Works from the collections of musician Malcolm McNeill and gallery owner Judith Anderson are included.
