Kenneth Brummel is Auckland Art Gallery’s curator of international art. The author of two important essays on Andy Warhol (Museo Jumex, Mexico City, 2017; Tate, London, and Museum Ludwig, Cologne, 2020), Kenneth is a widely published expert on late-nineteenth- and twentieth-century international modernism with over fifteen years of experience working at major art museums in Canada, the United States of America and Aotearoa New Zealand.

Dr Tina Barton is a writer and curator based in Te Whanganui-a-Tara Wellington. She is the author of Billy Apple® Life/Work (AUP, 2020) and curated Apple’s major retrospective at Auckland Art Gallery Toi o Tāmaki in 2015. She worked with Billy Apple for nearly two decades and is now advisor to the Billy Apple® Archive.

Mary Apple, Billy's wife and partner, has for 25 plus years been a key member of ‘Team Apple’, the inner circle that assisted the artist.
