What is contemporary art? How do you look at artworks that aren’t conventionally beautiful? How do you make sense of art, is sense even required?

Join Public Programmes Manager, Megan Dunn, with a cup of coffee and a biscuit from the comfort of your own home. Participants are invited to analyze and debate art, and discuss delightful and curly questions along the way. Each session has a different theme, that links to a work/s in a current exhibition.

In our final session of Conversations about Contemporary Art for 2021, Public Programmes Manager Megan Dunn will provide a brief but entertaining history of City Gallery Wellington in 10 shows.

This event will be hosted in Zoom. Join with a cup of coffee and a biscuit from the comfort of your own home and test your knowledge of City Gallery Wellington! Megan is also happy to answer any questions or speak to any topic from the Gallery history that you are curious about!

Book now, and we will email you the Zoom link for this event.
