physicsroom.org.nzJoin The Physics Room to celebrate Correspondence 3.1: Conversations about the weather can no longer be regarded as small talk.
Listen to readings, enjoy a summery spritz, and take away a free copy of Correspondence 3.1.
Correspondence 3.1 considers artistic practice in the ever-changing context of a climate emergency. With a particular focus on materials, this issue contains contributions by Raewyn Martyn, Isabella Loudon, Melissa Macleod, Claudia Dunes, Hana Pera Aoake, Te Kawehau Hoskins and Alison Jones, and Loulou Callister-Baker. This issue is designed by Erin Broughton.
After an introduction and editorial reading by Orissa Keane, Raewyn Martyn will read her contribution, Circles & Lines, and Melissa Macleod will speak to some of the themes we covered in Material costs: A conversation between Isabella Loudon, Melissa Macleod, and Orissa Keane.
Initiated in 2021 by former TPR team member Hamish Petersen, Correspondence is a free, biannual tabloid produced by The Physics Room which explores forms of art writing in Aotearoa. Correspondence 3.1 is edited by Orissa Keane, Writing and Publications Coordinator at TPR.
