Rainbow Dance celebrates the 120th anniversary of Len Lye, showcasing some of the artist’s most well-known works together with lesser known and never before exhibited works from the Len Lye Foundation archives. The exhibition celebrates the world of Len Lye with a deep insight into the work undertaken by the Len Lye Foundation and the Gallery over the last four decades to conserve and interpret Lye’s artistic vision.
The tour will explore particular works and themes with insights from Brobbel’s work with the collection and archive over the last decade and Horrock’s career-long engagement with Lye’s work.
