In a special Artexplore gallery tour join Mark Amery, and artists and dealers along the way, in a guided walk and talk around six exciting exhibitions.

The walking tour begins at 10am Page Galleries Victoria Street with Figure Skating, painters Laura Williams, Hiria Anderson, Robbie Motion, and Star Gossage, and then shifts next door to Avid for Christine Thacker’s playful anthropomorphic jugs and vessels and Scott Mcfarlane’s vignettes on tiles. Then it's to Ayesha Green’s investigation of citizenship and Hannah Ireland’s faces on glass at Jhana Millers Gallery.

‍Up in Cuba Quarter, you will visit Bowen Galleries for Joanna Braithwaite’s 50 small portraits and new work from Hariata Ropata Tangahoe, take in the fabulous duo of Sam Mitchell and Gavin Hurley at Bartley and Company, and finish with a group exhibition curated by Yvonne Todd at McLeavey Gallery.

‍The walking tour will end just before 12pm/noon in time for you to attend Te Papa floor-talk or artist talk at AVID Gallery.
