We're delighted to invite you to an in-gallery artist talk with Stella Brennan in free-ranging conversation with Hanna Scott and Hamish Coney.

Brennan's current exhibition the song remains the same is a good opportunity to appreciate the breadth and depth of her thinking over the past two decades, richly expressed in a variety of media. As Founder of Aotearoa Digital Arts network (ADA) in 2003 - New Zealand’s only digital artist’ network - Brennan has played a seminal role in shaping the collective identity of a generation of digital and new media artists, curators, critics and educators in New Zealand.

Hanna Scott is a noted freelance curator and writer, ran Artspace Aotearoa as interim Director in 2002, and for several years was Senior Programme Leader, Arts and Culture, at Auckland Council.

Hamish Coney is an award-winning arts writer, a Trustee at Artspace Aotearoa, and was the Founding Managing Director of auction house Art+Object.

We hope to see you then!
