A hands-on introduction to linoleum engraving led by printmaker Faith McManus (Ngāpuhi, Ngāi Takoto, Croatian). This specific technique was created by artist Marilynn Webb and involves carving fine lines into linoleum so the image can be inked up using intaglio methods rather than a relief style, to create prints. Faith has updated this process and will use non-toxic Akua ink.

Faith McManus is a printmaker and educator based in Te Tai Tokerau, who regularly holds printmaking workshops. She studied under Marilynn Webb at the Dunedin School of Art and holds a Master of Fine Arts at RMIT University in Melbourne and was an arts lecturer for 24 years.
