Join exhibiting artist Gretchen Albrecht, exhibition curator James Gatt, and curator and specialist of modern art Kenneth Brummel for this in-depth panel discussion on Albrecht’s survey exhibition, Liquid States. Moderated by Alice Tyler, this panel will address key ideas and works in the exhibition and their ongoing significance within Albrecht’s practice. Drawing on key works produced in the 1970s and 1980s, the exhibition charts the influence of nature on Albrecht’s work, and her embrace of liquid media for communicating its flux and rhythms.
