Enjoy a night of art, music and poetry at The Suter as part of the 2023 Nelson Arts Festival. Night Vision is the opening event for the festival, featuring a range of events and performances across various venues in town. The Suter will be open late until 8pm, offering you a chance to experience our exhibitions, live art demonstrations, live music and poetry readings.

Programme:

5.30pm: ‘In The Temple’ by Catherine Bagnall and Jane Sayle. Watercolours and poems inspired by nature in the Contemplation Gallery.

6pm to 8pm: Polly & The Minstrel in the Jane Evans Foyer. Heartfelt vocals, original songwriting and virtuosic guitar music.

5.30pm onwards: Live art demonstrations by four members of The Nelson Suter Art Society in the education room and the McKee Gallery.

The Suter Cafe will stay open late for those of you wanting to delight your taste buds. Indulge in a range of scrumptious food and refreshing beverages.
