Te Tuhi presents Huarere: Weather Eye, Weather Ear Screening Programme , a series of recent works as part of the World Weather Network.
Curated by Janine Randerson, the screening programme features the five latest sound and video commissions created by three artists: → Ka Tangi te Kārearea a te Rani Uaheke, by Riki Pirihi → Ocean Rain Parts I and II, by Jae Hoon Lee → Tūhononga (Cluster and Connection) Parts I and II, by Tia Barrett The five digital works will be played consecutively with a total running time of around 30 minutes.
Everyone is welcome to join in celebrating with the artists and curator on Saturday 8 June 2024 from 11am for coffee and light refreshments.
