Would you like to come to Tai Rāwhiti with Papatūnga? Papatūnga will be taking a small group of visual artists on a roadtrip to spend a weekend connecting with other artists, local galleries and iwi, and to attend this year's Te Tai Rāwhiti festival in Gisborne. Kanohi ki te kanohi. The group will be leaving Tāmaki on Thursday 5 October and returning on Sunday 8 October. Accommodation, kai and transport are provided.

Papatūnga is Te Tuhi’s development programme for arts practitioners delivered from O Wairoa Marae, an urban marae in Howick, Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland. The Papatūnga programme is formed around a series of wānanga for artists and their wider communities, providing opportunities to share knowledge, develop projects and connect with other people and spaces. This event is part of Papatūnga's 'Kanohi ki te kanohi, connecting' programme.
