Rhizome is the title of my database of images, which I have created digitally. The database is an uncatalogued catalogue of images that I edit and add to continuously. At the moment the images number 4156, and like a rhizome, there is no beginning or end.

Each work has been generated from the database and consists of four images chosen at random by the computer. The images are printed on a square plywood panel that can be hung anyway up or edge-to-edge to make a larger work. This methodology means there is no fixed narrative. Instead there is an emphasis on the visual language of imagery, multiplicity, connectivity, ambiguity, repetition, and pattern.
