Tuatara Open Late returns for 2019 with a changing programme of art, music, film, talks, beer, wine, and food on the first Thursday of the month.
Timetable:
From 5pm Galleries open, cash bar, supper treats from La Boca Loca and Boquita.
6pm- Fresh perspectives on From Scratch from composer and professor Eve de Castro-Robinson, composer and percussionist Gareth Farr, and sound artist and academic Dugal McKinnon.
7pm- Exhibition tour.
7.30pm- 'Can Music be Political?'. Early members of From Scratch, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Don McGlashan and author and playwright Geoff Chapple are joined by writer and producer Gemma Gracewood and songwriter and singer Ria Hall, for a discussion chaired by critic and broadcaster Nick Bollinger.
8.45pm Anthonie Tonnon plays live.
