Dirty Cheating Dogs is a suite of twelve lithographs by Melbourne-based artist Richard Lewer. The works were produced in collaboration with APW Printers, as part of Richard's APW Collie Print Trust Printmaking Fellowship 2020.
Innovative methods of collaboration (including the ubiquitous Zoom) enabled this project to be realised under Melbourne's COVID lockdown restrictions.
The title of the exhibition reflects the theme of sporting cheats. Prominent examples of cheating in sports ranging from cricket to boxing, cycling and swimming are depicted.
