Do we moemoeā in colour? celebrates the vibrancy, colour, and creativity in the Forrester Gallery Collection. It talks of the playful dreams and abundant opportunities accompanying an imagination. Largely inspired by the George Burns Memorial Art Exhibition, the selected works occupying the Forrester’s Vault Gallery radiate colour and creativity. They encourage adults to explore childlike ideals, while tamariki have the chance to see themselves in these endless and imaginative depictions by some of Aotearoa New Zealand’s most vibrant creatives.
