Gallery Information

Sanderson are pleased to present a new exhibition of works by Kāryn Taylor. Taylor is an artist who creates large-scale installations and wall based works that explore the state between material and immaterial, energy and matter. Her works investigate form, light and shadow in a way that challenges our perception of reality.

Taylor’s practice is informed by geometric abstraction and the concepts of metaphysics, concerning the existence and nature of things, as well as quantum physics, concerning the behaviour of matter and energy. Taylor’s works play with the invisible structures that ground our reality.

In this new exhibition the artist is presenting a large scale multi media installation and a series of new wall based works, some at a scale that has not been seen before.
