Native Bird Productions was a creative collaboration between Diane Prince (Ngā Puhi, Ngāti Whatua and Ngāti Kahu) & Shona Rapira Davies (Ngātiwai), and Shona’s daughter Rachael (Ngātiwai) in 2004.

This exhibition includes works from this original partnership through to examples of their contemporary practice. Diane & Shona also welcome their niece Ngahuia Harrison (Ngātiwai, Ngāti Pukenga, Ngāti Kahu o Torongare) into their collaboration, exhibiting photographs from her Coastal Cannibals series, exhibited at City Gallery, Wellington 2023.
