The Wallace Arts Trust stages exhibitions of recent acquisitions on a regular basis throughout the year, demonstrating the support it gives the visual arts through its ongoing, active and widespread acquisition programme. A key aspect of this is the assistance given to emerging artists and artists as they develop. This results in a growing ‘diary’ collection which now amounts to over 9,250 works. The exhibition on show during Artweek showcases some of the diverse and engaging acquisitions made this year.
