Explore Robin White’s celebrated portraits and local landscapes from the 1970s, and the ambitious collaborative works she has made with artists from across the Pacific and Aotearoa New Zealand in recent years.

The exhibition includes early watercolour and drawings, her time in Otago Peninsula, working with Sam Hunt, and her masi collaborations with Pacific artists including Tamari Cabeikanacea and Ruha Fifita.

Works from across Dame Robin White’s 50-year career form what the artist describes as a ‘family reunion’, bringing together works from 22 galleries and living rooms across the country.


Developed by the Museum of New Zealand Te Papa Tongarewa & Auckland Art Gallery Toi o Tāmaki and toured by Te Papa.
