The Wallace Art Trust presents a special selection of three video works selected from The Performance Arcade 2019 and 2018 programmes. Featuring performance art, dance, and drawing practices, this suite of videos shares provocative new views into live art from around the world. The Performance Arcade brings together Live Art, Music and Performance in a specially curated event on Wellington Waterfront, visited by 80,000 people each year since 2011. The unique arrangement of shipping containers provides a temporary architecture for live music and new performance installations by NZ and International artists. Now in its ninth year, The Performance Arcade has become an anticipated and acclaimed event that defines Wellington’s creativity and innovation.
