Enjoy is excited to announce the appointment of Brooke Pou as the Curator of Enjoy Contemporary Art Space.

Brooke Pou (Ngāpuhi, Ngāi Te Rangi) is a curator from Te Whanganui-a-Tara. She has experience working a range of roles in various art galleries and aims to utilise this at Enjoy by taking a holistic approach when developing and delivering exhibitions.

Brooke graduated from Te Herenga Waka Victoria University of Wellington in 2022 with an Honours degree in Art History, where her research examined past portrayals of Indigenous women in European art. She is currently working on her Masters thesis at Waipapa Taumata Rau University of Auckland, focusing on wāhine Māori and Moana curators, artists, artwork and exhibitions.

Brooke will be working alongside Director Daniel John Corbett Sanders bringing you the coming years of Enjoy.
