For the final three months of 2024, {Suite} Wellington will celebrate the life and work of the late Ans Westra with a series of exhibitions and community initiatives.

Following her passing in 2023, Westra’s work and archive has been moved to a large vault in a historical building in Central Wellington, accessible for both art and educational purposes. On display is a library of publications including Ans’ images, her cameras, proof sheets, material and paraphernalia related to her art practice and life. The Ans Westra Vault also serves as secure storage for Ans’ print archive.

There will be limited tours provided to the Ans Westra Vault during October - December. Each tour will be approximately 45 mins. For more information or to book, click here.
