Communications Manager

Become the voice of one of Aotearoa’s foremost contemporary art spaces.

Te Tuhi is seeking a Communications Manager to lead all aspects of planning, developing, delivering and evaluating our strategic communications and digital activities. This newly developed role provides an opportunity for a dynamic, highly organised and art interested communications professional to strengthen their portfolio through advancing Te Tuhi’s strategic goals with support from the gallery team.

Creative Community Manager

Te Tuhi is seeking a Creative Community Manager to oversee their wide ranging community focussed work. The successful candidate will have a keen interest in contemporary art and how art can benefit communities, and the ability to develop and sustain excellent relationships.

The Creative Community Manager plans, organises and implements Te Tuhi's youth and schools programmes, family activities, Arts Out East (our arts brokering programme), Te Tuhi’s training café for people with intellectual disabilities, community groups and classes operating within Te Tuhi facilities and commercial venue hire.

Finance and Building Administrator

Te Tuhi is seeking a Finance and Building Administrator. This role is responsible for administering and maintaining effective financial systems and processes, working closely with the Executive Director.

In addition, this role involves managing office systems, building repairs and maintenance, and health and safety systems and procedures, ensuring it is a safe environment for all our users.

Café Manager

Te Tuhi Café is seeking a Café Manager to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in Aotearoa's first training café for people with intellectual disabilities.

This role takes full responsibility for the day-to-day management of Te Tuhi’s café, barista and food service, ensuring that all financial, legal, and health and safety obligations are met, operational standards adhered to, and that the ethos and culture of Te Tuhi is maintained throughout the service. The role will also develop the café menu, with a core purpose of improving profitability and securing the long-term sustainability of the café.
