• New dates for Auckland Art Fair

It is with much regret that North Port Events announces the postponement of our fourth edition of Auckland Art Fair to 24 – 28 February 2021. The strength of the gallery and artist lists due to exhibit in April make this particularly disappointing, but the extraordinary current circumstances and the Government’s new limits on mass public gatherings make it unavoidable.

We have been working with our partners and galleries over the past days and very grateful for their support. Of the decision to postpone, Richard Clarke, Head of Major Events at Auckland Tourism, Events and Economic Development (ATEED) has said:

“We support the tough decision that the organisers have had to make but we know that art lovers will understand the reasons why. ATEED will continue to work with all our partners as we know that events can, and will, play an important role in the eventual recovery from the impacts of Covid-19.”

Everyone who has purchased a ticket for the 2020 Auckland Art Fair will have their ticket fully refunded. We are working through this with our ticketing provider, Lüp, who are at the moment processing a large number of enquires and have advised that there is currently a 30 day turnaround for your refund. Rest assured your tickets will be refunded in full. Thank you for your patience.

We are pleased to have secured dates for 2021, when our fourth edition of Auckland Art Fair will take place from the 24 – 28 February, at The Cloud on Queens Wharf.

Tickets will go on sale from artfair.co.nz later this year.

Thank you for your understanding during these times.
