Celebrating 30 years of City Gallery Wellington’s Architecture
Stuart, a director of Wellington practice architecture+, was awarded the Te Kāhui Whaihanga Gold Medal in 2015 for an outstanding body of work. Stuart’s work spans residential, commercial, and public work of all scales. He has accrued a vast amount of experience during his distinguished career and is an acute observer of the architecture scene in New Zealand.
Stuart returns to the City Gallery for their 30th Birthday Celebrations to discuss the conversion of Wellington Public Library to the City Gallery, the later extension of the Gallery, and miscellaneous other work on the building.
City Talks is an ongoing series initiated by the New Zealand Institute of Architects Wellington Branch and presented in partnership with City Gallery Wellington.
The talk will be followed by refreshments.
