Following the recent Covid-19 Alert Level 3 lock down, Te Uru were unable to celebrate the opening of their five new autumn exhibitions, so instead the Gallery have organised an exciting programme of events for Saturday 27 March to mark each of these important new projects.

Te Uru be hosting a series of rapid-fire artist floor talks in each exhibition, joined by musician Kingsley Spargo for a sound performance in The thrum of the tide.

This is also the family day for the annual Titirangi Festival of Music, so there’ll be plenty happening around Titirangi if you’re coming out for the day.

Programme:

12.30pm: Floor talk with Anna Crichton

1pm: Floor talks with Ana Iti and Christian Lamont

1.30pm: Floor talk with Shannon Te Ao

2pm: Kingsley Spargo sound performance for The thrum of the tide
